1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Compass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Compass is a digital platform operated by Appsoluta Digital for campaign management, task organization, workflow automation, and social media publishing support.
2. Service Description
Compass allows authorized users to manage campaigns, organize content-related tasks, coordinate team workflows, and connect third-party services for operational and publishing purposes.
The platform may include features such as:
- Campaign and task management;
- Content scheduling and planning;
- Storage of publishing metadata, captions, dates, and media references;
- Integration with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google services, and automation tools;
- Internal dashboards for administrators, managers, and clients.
3. Accounts and Access
Access to Compass may be restricted to invited or authorized users only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only within the permissions assigned to your role.
Appsoluta Digital reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in case of misuse, breach of these Terms, security concerns, or unauthorized activity.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Compass only for lawful business and operational purposes related to campaign management and content workflows.
You must not:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users’ accounts;
- Upload malicious code, harmful files, or disruptive content;
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the platform;
- Use Compass to publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or platform rules of third-party services.
5. User Content and Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for all content, media, text, captions, links, credentials, and publishing instructions submitted through Compass.
By using the platform, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to use and publish the submitted content.
Appsoluta Digital does not claim ownership of user content, but may process, transmit, and store such content as necessary to operate the service.
6. Third-Party Integrations
Compass may integrate with third-party platforms and APIs, including social media services and automation providers. Your use of such integrations may also be subject to the terms, policies, and technical requirements of those third parties.
Appsoluta Digital is not responsible for downtime, API limitations, service interruptions, account restrictions, or policy enforcement decisions made by third-party platforms.
7. Availability and Limitation of Liability
Compass is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While Appsoluta Digital makes reasonable efforts to maintain the platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent compatibility with all third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appsoluta Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, business opportunities, or interruptions arising from the use or inability to use Compass.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform elements, including software, branding, interface design, documentation, and proprietary workflows, are owned by or licensed to Appsoluta Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of Compass may be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, or redistributed without prior written authorization, except as permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Compass at any time if necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, respond to legal obligations, or address misuse.
Upon termination, access rights may be revoked and certain stored information may be deleted or retained as required for legal, contractual, or security reasons.
10. Changes to These Terms
Appsoluta Digital may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Compass after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union legislation, without prejudice to mandatory legal protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
